I was sold a room with effective air conditioning, definitely worth the money, just around the corner with a glimpse of the sea. Overall, a cozy stay with some minor drawbacks.

The location was well-maintained, with many sparrows and butterflies around. The grounds were beautiful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Commuting to Kos for some fun was convenient from here.

The hotel is situated in a somewhat inconvenient location as we had to pass through the breakfast and evening dining areas daily, with the noise of setting up breakfast waking us up early, though we regret not requesting a room change sooner. There is a good variety of room types available, but careful consideration is needed to select the right one. The rooms are modern, very clean, and equipped with basic amenities like air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, and a minibar.

The rooms were of a great standard, modern, and very clean, albeit slightly below UK or USA four-star standards. They were comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, tea/coffee, and a minibar.

The service provided was excellent overall, except for a minor issue with one staff member at reception. The staff, including the entertainment team, was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure guests from various countries had a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location, on the main walkway and corner of the ground floor, lacked privacy, but it's just a short 10-minute bus ride from the livelier Kos Town. However, the distance from Kos Town meant additional taxi expenses for daily transportation.
